On 4th May 2017, there was a big turnaround with shares trading on the Lao Stock Exchange, which had changed the major shareholder of Sackchai VONGMALASITH (Peter Chan) to TK Support Sole Company Limited, holding a total of 34,156,120 shares (equivalent to 86 percent of registered capital).
